How BondReply handles your information

BondReply is a reply-writing assistant available on web and mobile. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the service.

BondReply is operated by PolicyReach Technologies. PolicyReach Technologies is the data controller and operator of BondReply and this website.

1. Introduction

We take a privacy-conscious approach to product design. BondReply collects only the information needed to operate accounts, provide AI replies, manage subscriptions, support support requests, and keep the service secure and reliable.

2. About BondReply

BondReply helps users draft replies, continue conversations, save favorites, review recents, and manage a free or premium usage allowance. The service is available at https://bondreply.com.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use BondReply, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• User account information
• Authentication data
• AI request content
• Generated replies
• Subscription status
• Device information
• App version
• IP address
• Usage analytics
• Crash reports

4. How We Use Your Information

• create and secure user accounts;
• deliver reply generation and continuous chat features;
• apply usage limits and subscription entitlements;
• save conversations, favorites, and profile preferences;

5. AI Processing

When you send a message to BondReply, that content is processed by an AI service provider so BondReply can return a natural response or assist with a conversation. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the task you want help with.

6. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to BondReply Premium, subscription and entitlement data are processed to confirm your plan, apply your usage allowance, and support renewals and account management. BondReply does not receive your full payment card details.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers to operate BondReply:

• Cloud account services for sign-in, saved replies, and app infrastructure;
• An AI service provider for reply generation and chat responses;
• Hostinger for hosting and backend infrastructure;
• Secure billing providers for premium subscriptions.

We use Shown to measure the performance of our own advertising on bondreply.com; it may collect technical data such as page visits.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

BondReply.com uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how the website is used, and measure the performance of our own marketing. This includes Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited and general device and browser details.

BondReply.com shows advertising served by Google AdSense on content pages such as the homepage Reply landing (below the composer), blog posts, texting guides, reply-type pages, and related hubs. AdSense does not load on Premium/pricing, the Reply Assistant, mid-chat tool screens, or Support. Display units are labeled "Advertisement" so they are not mistaken for navigation or BondReply content. In connection with these ads:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to BondReply.com or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to BondReply.com and/or other sites on the Internet.
• Google uses the DoubleClick cookie (and related advertising cookies) to serve ads to visitors of BondReply.com based on their visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of the use of the DoubleClick cookie for interest-based advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• Third-party vendors and ad networks other than Google may also serve ads on BondReply.com and may use their own cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies. BondReply does not control these third-party cookies; please consult the respective vendor's privacy policy for details.

Where required by law (for example, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as staying signed in, may not work without them.

Advertising in the BondReply Android app

The free version of the BondReply Android app shows banner ads served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

• AdMob (Google) may collect and use your device advertising ID, IP address, app interaction data, and approximate location to serve, measure, and personalize ads and to prevent fraud. Learn more about how Google uses data from partners and read the Google Privacy Policy, which covers AdMob.
• If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app shows a Google consent message where you can choose how your data is used for ads. You can change your choice at any time from within the app.
• To opt out of personalized ads on Android, go to Settings > Privacy > Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information stored and transmitted through BondReply. No online system is perfectly secure, so we continue to improve our controls and limit access to authorized systems.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to operate the service, keep your account active, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can request account deletion at any time.

11. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to ask questions about how it is used. Contact us at support@bondreply.com for privacy requests.

12. Account Deletion

To request deletion of your BondReply account (web or the BondReply Android app by PolicyReach Technologies), email support@bondreply.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my BondReply account". We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Step-by-step instructions are on our Support page.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your BondReply account and profile (name, email address, profile photo), saved conversations, Recents, Favorites, saved replies, and reply usage counts.
• Kept for a limited time: records we are required to keep for billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal reasons, and backups that are overwritten in the normal course of operation.
• Google Play keeps its own records of subscription purchases under Google's privacy policy. Deleting your BondReply account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play first.

13. Children's Privacy

BondReply is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

14. International Data Processing

BondReply and its service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect that data in accordance with applicable law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
